Please follow this procedure to request an amenity key. If you are replacing a lost or missing key and need to purchase a new key card click the button below “Purchase Key Card”. Once you have paid for your key please contact Triton at Triton Facilities Management 251-228-4343 Option #2 to have the key made. You will need to send them a copy of your receipt for verification of payment. To request a rekey because your card is no longer active or functioning click here and fill out the form to request a key. Triton receives a copy of this form and will handle rekeying. For faster service we recommend you contact Triton to let them know the form has been filled out and you need a key. The old key must be turned in to Triton in order to get a new key without being charged.
(The process above is to ensure that all keys are accounted for and we do not have keys floating out there without proper authorization.)
