Secondly, if you have emailed, called or texted us, we do apologize for the delay in response. The influx of calls during the transition has been larger than anticipated and we are certainly working through contacting all that have reached out. Again, the patience and kind words of understanding have been greatly appreciated while we settle into our new role here at GSP.
Just a few points to cover:
Accounts and Billing questions: We know that many accounts have been billed through Virtuous prior to the new portals being set up and many are concerned that their payment will not show. We have deposit records from Virtuous showing owner payments and auto drafts and we are working with AppFolio to make sure the corrected information is ported into your account. Once that is done you will be able to view your account with the updated financial information. We will let you know when this is completed so that you can access your updated information and also continue to set up future payments.
Annual Meeting Voting: If you are currently up to date on your account and we have a record of your payments through the Virtuous system to show this, your right to vote will not be impacted.
