Our windows and door have severe water damage due to hurricane Sally and have excessive condensation between the panes preventing visibility. What is the plan to fix this prior to sheet rock being installed?
What was the criteria to determine which units would not receive the new Trane air conditioning? Also what kind of warranty is being provided for those who are not receiving the new Trane air conditioning unit? Is it the same warranty being provided for the new units?
We are confused as to the current plumbing plan in building 4. Is all the plumbing being replaced or only if we hire and pay our own contractor? What about electrical wiring?
The only plumbing or wiring that is being replaced by the contractors is what was damaged by the hurricane or the demo. If you want to upgrade your plumbing or make changes to your unit, you may do so at your expense. Since building 4 is in demo and rebuild status depending on which side you are on, we will have new timelines for when this work needs to be completed.
If we decide to forgo the rebuild package
And do the updates ourselves how will credits be handeled. Are credits given for flooring, cabinets, showes, toliets, vanaties and hardware and lighting? When will we know and how much?
Many Of us have experienced much higher power bills due to equipment contractors must use to demo and running dehumifiters or a.c. fans. Is this an expense our insurance adjusters would be willing to consider if actual proof was presented via our bills. Obviously this increased expense was directly caused by the hurricane.

In building 4 unit 4214 are we eligible for our cabinets and free dishwasher at no charge? Is this covered by the insurance?

Yes, that info is being released this week. It will be an all inclusive price, freight, tax and install.
