2023 Annual Meeting Election Results

Dear Owners,
We want to say a huge thank you for what we feel has been a successful and productive annual owners meeting. The involvement and attendance was incredible to see!

Also, a special thank you to the many volunteers that assisted in the clean up of the meeting room, breaking down and storage of the chairs, and the election process team! You help was greatly appreciated!

And least we not forget… two very integral key players the past two years in helping GSP Ph1 in becoming what it is today after such a devastating time of Hurricane Sally. I can not imagine the nights they have gone without sleep while giving all they had just for the love of the property.

Wade Everette and Lesa Nivens, you both deserve kudos and beyond for the tireless dedication you have given the past two years! Although I’ve only the pleasure of working with you for a few short months, you have my respect after hearing the horror stories of the aftermath of Sally. Thank you for your Service to the Owners of GSP!
