B4 and Nest Update

Your board has been actively engaged in the certificate of occupancy process, working long hours each day to resolve the many obstacles in our path. We always knew the last part of the reconstruction was going to be the most difficult for many reasons. And now we are living that reality with unacceptable delays despite our constant participation in the process. At this moment we are unable to let you know when we will be able to move into B4 and open the Nest. This is beyond frustrating for everyone and especially burdensome to the owners in B4 that have endured the loss of two high seasons. We aren’t going to call the County back to inspect until we are reasonably certain our contractors have accomplished all the things necessary to pass. Because this is such a fluid situation, we will be updating you as soon as we call for the inspection. Until then, know that we are all doing everything possible to take time out of the equation.
